At Amondo, we take pride in providing carefully moderated and curated content to align with our clients' needs. Here’s an overview of how our process works:
Manual Moderation/Content Curation All content is manually moderated and curated by Amondo’s in-house team of curators to ensure quality and consistency.
Content Moderation Aligned with the Content Brief Content is moderated in line with a pre-agreed Content Brief. This brief is created in collaboration with the client to guide the curation process.
Updates to the Content Brief The client can alter an existing Content Brief or create a new one at any time, as long as changes are communicated and confirmed with Amondo.
Opt-in Content and Full Review All content is opt-in, meaning only content approved by the curator will be used. This involves a thorough review of each piece of content (e.g., watching entire videos or reading captions). Amondo takes responsibility for the selected content.
Imprint Brief Inclusions and Exclusions The Imprint Brief provides all relevant details, such as hashtags, accounts, and keywords. Negative or inappropriate content is excluded by default. Additionally, the brief can specify further exclusions, such as age restrictions, competitor brands, or specific accounts, as required.
Client Review via Private Web Link Before content goes live, the client has the option to preview it via a private web link. The client can request a preview at any point during the process.
Real-Time Communication via WhatsApp For seamless communication, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be set up between the client’s team and Amondo’s curation team, ensuring real-time updates during live projects.
The client can be as involved in the process as much or as little as they prefer. While we have not encountered any issues with content moderation to date, we understand that some clients may wish to stay more hands-on, especially at the start of the project.
